This is such an important thing to understand, as well, you need to understand how to know how to avoid the situation in the first place by getting a file management system in place.

Just had to do that tonight while importing new noise treated version of files I’ve been slicing and mastering for a film. The sound editor missed a letter while naming them. Don’t blame him, we’ve all been practically sleepless for a few days.
