Has this also been done in the Reaper 5 Beta?
it is but transform options are in 4.X also.

@reaperblog video clips always load as a blank 1 second empty media take for me since Windows 8.1. I’ve tried 32 and 64 bit. Any idea?
Could be missing the right version of VLC decoder.
Many blind people use Reaper to edit audio and video. You’re not explaining a single thing you’re doing or where to find any of these options. This isn’t very helpful to a good many people out there who could use the assistance.
