06:08 – Q6 – vintage style effects for EDM?

Martin  RE: Room Sound Blasting Room drums
When I change a kit preset on Blasting Room in Kontakt, how can I route the multi out without having to change each kit piece in the mixer?
I had the almost the same question coming from Brandon about my Kurt Ballou drums template
Your template is great! Thanks. Is there a way to change out the kit? For instance, if I wanted to use the god city kit instead of the zero kit with multi out?
MartinI would love to know how to make a reversed intro to a track a la Dismember
Matthew Is there a way to use remove or insert contents but exclude certain tracks? I keep running into the problem of wanting to remove and shift items automatically but not on every track.
NilsWith what plugs and in what order would you process a speech recording with a male baritone aimed for an audiobook?
JakeHow do you find new clients?
StevenI often see vintage analog compressors, reverb, equalisers etc from the likes of waves, slate, uad etc and I wonder if they’re of any use for someone like myself who produces EDM?

Many thanks for the dialog processing answer, Jon! I needed someone like you to confirm that what I’m almost already doing is a good path.

I’ve never thought of using EQ to reduce mouth clicks. Izotope can take care of most of them, but when som are left I have had to edit them manually. I’ll try EQ-ing.

Working with two compressors is new to me. Maybe you meant that one of them shall take care of de-essing. I have managed to dial in a Waves de-esser very efficiently so maybe one compressor plug will do.

    Thanks again!
    /Nils
