Celemony’s ARA2 tech was added to REAPER in version 5.97 enabling instant transfer of pitch data from an audio file in reaper to Melodyne VST3. Changes in the audio on the track, like trim edits, are updated within the plugin.

It’s the best integration of Melodyne thus far in REAPER and it’s a massive improvement to the old realtime transfer way previously.

In this video I’m using the low-cost Essential version of Melodyne to correct the pitch of a lead vocal in REAPER v5.972.

The ARA integration is still being refined and may change slightly in future versions.

Melodyne is sold separately, more info here:

helpcenter.celemony.com for a searchable list of quick reference and videos for anything you’re trying to do with Melodyne. Very helpful!

I use Melodyne about 5hrs per year. Would you happen to know if the things I get stuck on are actually possible?
      – shifting note separation
      – zooming with mousewheel
      – snap to pitch
      – muting the robot yodel

I found a shortcuts page in the settings but seemed to be read-only.

Is there other approach to improve the Vibrato? ReaTune could do the pitch correction perfectly, but not Vibrato. Or did I miss something. Please help.

I meant to “decrease” the Vibrato, if the wording “improve” is confusing to you.
