In this video I’m mixing a rock song with just a handful of REAPER plugins. Luckily the recorded tracks are in great shape to start with so this wasn’t too difficult of a challenge.

My main tools in this mix are ReaComp (compressor), ReaEQ (Equalizer), and ReaVerb (Convolution Reverb). The reverb impulse response files I’m using come from my free IR Library.

    Great video,
    When you were mixing the bass guitar, it may be he is using a pick
    and that is the click sound. More apparent on some strings than others. Also, could be string “flap” hitting the frets.
