The Movo VSM-7 is a large diaphragm multipattern condenser mic. In the box you get a cable, shockmount, and popfilter.

For $125, how does it perform, and how does it compare to other mics?

In this video you’ll hear the mic on voice, and acoustic guitar as mono and Mid/Side stereo recordings. There is no noise reduction, EQ, or dynamic processing on the mic.

The mic is compared to some slightly more expensive condenser mics I own, the AT3035 (similar to AT2035 available today) a fixed cardioid medium diaphragm condenser, and also to the CAD M179, another multipattern condenser.
