ReaPitch is a realtime pitch shift plugin included with REAPER. In this video I explain the controls of ReaPitch and give a demonstration of various effects on vocals for monster sounds and on drums for glitch effects.

Install the presets by going to the REAPER resources folder, and drop it into the Presets folder.
