Zoom out to fit can also be done by double clicking the vertical and horizontal scroll bars.
I think he was trying to avoid using the mouse. But thanks for the tip, I’ll add it to my notes for the zooming and scrolling tutorial.
Selecting all MIDI items willnot work if you have Pooled MIDI items, because it will then tranpose the MIDI content several timees 🙁

and of course, keep selected only MIDI items (be sure that there is no audio items elected)
